Come enjoy a stay at the Main Lodge at Three Mile. From the oversized, fully stocked kitchen to the ample dining/living room (with Pool Table!!), the Smart TVs, and screened porch, this building is ideal for a few friends or a large group of people. Enjoy spending time outside playing yard games, grilling, or sitting around the firepit. Our lodge, consisting of two other buildings, sits on 3 private acres with big trees, no nearby neighbors, open views, and starry nights. The other units are within close proximity and can be booked for family gatherings and large groups. We are located about 4 miles NW of Fort Smith near the 3 Mile access point.

As you are coming in towards Fort Smith on HWY 313 from Hardin, turn right on Warman Loop(there will be a big sign there for Cottonwood Camp). Take Warman Loop, cross the canal and take an immediate left on Cottonwood Camp Rd. Follow that for 2 miles, past Cottonwood Camp, and our place will be on the right (green metal roofs on the buildings). Pull down into the lodge and you can park right in front of the big cabin.
